The Silva Expedition 4 Compass is used by many defence forces around the world. This full-size base plate compass for experienced and novice navigators contains everything you need in a compass and has added functionality for GPS. The compass housing is made from Dryflextm and the rounded base plate is comfortable and fits any hand size. The patented red/black orienting lines make it easy and fool proof to take bearings and the map measuring scales mm, inch Romer scales, 1:25k, 1:40k, 1:50k are compatible with virtually any map. Luminous markings enable night navigation and the friction feet increase precision in map work.
