Adventure Alternative is a multi award winning international tour operator with an onus on responsible and sustainable tourism. They were founded, and are still run by mountaineers with an ethos of safety, professionalism and enjoyment. Adventure Alternative run a whole range of adventures, climbs and experiences to iconic destinations around the globe. They own and run full time Adventure Alternative offices in Tanzania, Kenya, Nepal, Russia and Borneo. They don’t outsource their clients and in doing so are with you from your first enquiry, throughout your trip and back again. They have wonderful staff and teams in place in all their global offices who are trained, qualified and operate to their own high standards.

Adventure Alternative also has a charitable wing called the Moving Mountains Trust, which runs many volunteer and school / university trips to Kenya, Tanzania, Nepal and Borneo.
