Where - We will ship to pretty much anywhere in the UK but if you live off the mainland it may cost a bit more. We will also deliver to one address and collect from another, just let us know when you book the kit. We are happy to discuss special shipping requirements or arrange local pickup if you are near us in East Sussex.
When - We ship the gear to arrive on the day specified in your hire booking and we'll arrange for its collection the day after the end of the hire. We can only deliver and collect equipment on weekdays but will happily ship to or collect from your work address if you won't be home to sign for the kit.
How - Tell us the address you want the item delivered to, the one to collect it from and the delivery and collection dates and then all you have to do is make sure that someone's there to sign for it when it arrives. We include return shipping labels with the kit so when you're done just pack it back into the original box, slap on the shipping label and hand it to the courier who collects it. Smaller items are posted so these will need to be taken to the post office to send back to us.
How much - We will include the shipping charge when we give you a quote. The shipping charge is in addition to our listed hire charge for each item and we charge only what it costs us to send the kit, we do not add any mark-up or handling fee. We do not charge for transit days, so if you book a weekend hire you will get the item on Friday and return it on Monday but will only pay for Saturday and Sunday. We also use a competitive system to find the cheapest shipping we can so you'll find it surprisingly cost effective.
