Hiring an inflatable canoe is a fantastic way to get on the water with minimal fuss and expense. The canoe is shipped to your door and, being inflatable, there is no need for roofracks or trailers to get them to the put in. You can even carry them on a train or plane if necessary.
The Crocodile CL.2 is the flagship of the ARK fleet. Originally designed for whitewater rafting operators to access rivers too narrow for full size rafts, its qualities as an all-round recreational boat soon became apparent. This is the perfect family canoe, it is very stable, easy to control and the self-bailing foam floor makes it virtually unsinkable. It is equally at home on flat water, in the sea or running up to grade 5 rapids. No setup is required, just pump it up and the Crocodile is ready to go straight from the bag. The Crocodile will comfortably hold two adults and a child as well as some kit or two adults and two smaller children.
